Shipping Policy
Party Lights Online's shipping policy is to ship all in-stock items within 24-48 hours of your order being processed. If an item is not in-stock a representative will contact you by phone or email with an update on product availability and estimated product delivery. Normal ground shipments should reach your location within 3-8 business days depending upon your location.

We have many different payment options available from credit cards to checks, money orders, purchase orders or we can open up your company an account. We boast integrated UPS shipping software that gives the customer the ability to know their actual shipping charges at check out.
Once an order has been placed we will send you a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail account that contains a copy of your order and your confirmation number. This confirmation number can be used anytime to track the status of your order through our "Orders" page.
Our shipping policy is to ship all items within 24-48 of your order being processed. If this is not possible you will be contacted via e-mial or phone by a Party Lights Online representative.
Upon shipment you will be notified via e-mail so that you my track your order and know its expected arrival.
When you receive your shipment, if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason you may return it for a full product refund, excluding custom made items. Additionally, we are available to answer any questions about product use customers may have.
Once customers have experienced Party Lights Online "True Customer Support" they will make us the ONLY place they go for their novelty decor lighting and electronic gizmo needs!
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident that Party Lights Online products are high quality, however if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased you can return it to us.
Product must be unused and notification must be given within 7 days
from date of receipt. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.
